Management Changes at BISNODE: Johan Wall Resigns; Fredrik Åkerman Appointed acting CEO

Johan Wall leaves his position as CEO of Bisnode. Fredrik Åkerman, Business Area Director and CFO of Bisnode, has been appointed to serve as acting CEO until a replacement has been installed.

Håkan Ramsin, Chairman of the Board of Bisnode, comments: “During his three years as CEO, Johan has successfully implemented a new business plan and strategy, and has carried out a refinement of the company’s business, which has been under way for some time. Johan has been clear that he cannot commit himself long-term to Bisnode. Therefore the Board has decided to begin recruitment of a new CEO who can fully focus on Bisnode’s long-term growth.”
