Connotate, Inc. announced the promotion of Tom Williams to Chief Operating Officer. Williams previously served as Vice President of Operations and Professional Services at Connotate, leading the Operations and Professional Services Organization (PSO) teams.

To harness the power of Big Data, Connotate continues to build industry-leading products and services for clients, while further developing Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings – similar to products it offers today for background checks, consumer electronics, vehicle listings and executive profiles. Connotate identifies new markets to extract and warehouse data so it can offer a simple API to make this information easily retrievable to customers.
Williams is a U.S. Army veteran, with time served in the United States, East Asia, Europe and the Balkans. He holds an A.A.S. in Networking Technology and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership in Technology, as well as several industry-recognized certifications including PMI’s PMP and CAPM, ITIL v3, BICSI Level II, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. In addition, Tom is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
