IRI Acquires Chinese MR Firm Datasea

Retail and healthcare data giant Information Resources Inc (IRI) has acquired Chinese MR and analytics services company Datasea, which focuses on the retail and CPG industries. Baidu Invests in Keru Cloud

Baidu has invested $11 million in restaurant management SaaS startup Keru Cloud. The startup aims to become an all-in-one solution for restaurants and other businesses that are going digital. Equifax Q3 2014 Revenue Up 7%
